Door panel:

A. The thickness of the door panel is ≥40mm, 500mm high, and the inner and outer sides are treated with colored steel plates (≥0.35 thick), and the surface is treated with polyester coating. The thickness of the paint is 25-30 microns. The inner layer is a fluorine-free polyurethane foam material which is formed by chemical reaction under lamination, and is filled and filled without leaving voids. The inner and outer layers thus form a solid sandwich panel in the form of metal/foam material/metal. In order to improve the wind resistance of the door, the inside of the door panel is reinforced with steel plate ribs. The joints of the door panels are provided with sealing rubber to block the heat transfer and reduce heat loss;
